4 Outfit Ideas to Consider This Holiday Season

4 Outfit Ideas to Consider This Holiday Season

Y’all I cannot believe Christmas is next week! Every year I feel like the holiday season comes quicker than the last, but I have to say it’s one of my favorite times of the year! I’ve put together a few outfit inspirations for any holiday event you may have coming up, and also think these would be great options for New Years Eve. Some of the items below are new additions to my wardrobe, but I also incorporated a few staple items that I’m sure many of you already have in your closet (i.e. Black pumps or a faux leather jacket).

I love a good sweater dress during the Winter season so when I spotted this turtleneck one I knew I had to have it. The midi length is great for those who may live in a colder climate and want more coverage. I’ve paired this dress with black booties, a great Gucci (dupe) belt and black clutch with a gold chain strap to tie it all together. Both the dress and clutch are from Express. I checked their website to see if both items are still available but only found this dress listed in other colors. I found a similar red sweater dress though, linked here. Also, this is a very similar clutch as the one I’m wearing here.

This outfit was actually what I wore on NYE last year but because we only went to dinner and came right back home to change into sweats and watch the fireworks from our balcony, I didn’t get any photos of the full look. I love the one shoulder detail and green velvet material. My clutch was actually a Target find from last year as well. It’s great because one side is covered in silver, gold & black crystals but the other side is plain black which makes it versatile. The bracelets I am wearing in all of the photos are from Baublebar (and currently 25% off).

Y’all, this midi sequin skirt is SO good!!! I ordered it a few weeks back from one of my favorite online retailers, Lulu’s and it is the perfect skirt for any holiday event/party! I am actually thinking it might be what I wear for New Years this year, but I’m debating if I will stick with this lace front blouse, or wear a low cut bodysuit for a sexier look. I also added a red lip to this look, because it helps add a little pop. These black pumps are also currently on sale and such a staple item for your closet!

This look is for my edgy girls! The girl who is not afraid to take fashion risks. My other looks are all pretty classic, but this one a little more eccentric. This dress is only $23, so if you’re on a tight budget from all the holiday spending, this would be a great option! I linked it here but I will say if you’re into this dress, I would recommend ordering it soon as shipments from this retailer can take up to 10 days to be delivered (with the standard shipping option).

Let me know in the comments below which outfit you loved the most, or what you would like to see in a future blog post.

Wishing you all a Happy Holiday Season and a prosperous New Year!
